Now seeking participants for October! 〰️

As neurodivergent queer people, we often hide the most central parts of ourselves to survive in a world that polices our bodies, our thoughts, and our ways of being. Many of us are engaged in the task of unburdening ourselves from the societal constraints and norms that have been imposed on us. Unlike the waking world, dreams are a place of infinite possibilities, a place where divergent parts of ourselves can make themselves known. Working with our own dreams and the dreams of others can be a liberatory practice for those of us disconnected from our most authentic, creative selves.

In this group, I’ll facilitate various dreamwork practices, guiding you to engage with your dreams and other participants’ dreams. This dreamwork group does not align with any one specific dreamwork tradition. However, as I introduce ways of working with dreams, I will also provide information about where I learned the practice. By the end of our 5 sessions, you’ll have been introduced to a number of ways to work with your dreams and you’ll receive a handout that summarizes any methods and considerations I’ve taught throughout the group.
